Jennifer Martinson

Jennifer Martinson is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as VP of Human Resources for Industrial and International and VP of Human Resources for Global Engineering at Generac since August 2022. Prior to this, Martinson held multiple HR leadership positions at Generac Power Systems from September 2013 to April 2022, including VP of Human Resources for Americas and VP of Human Resources for Residential. Earlier in the career, Martinson was Vice President of Human Resources at T-Shirt International Inc. from August 2003 to September 2013. Martinson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, attained in 1998, and has a proven track record in administering and managing global HR policies and programs across various corporate functions.
