Prior roles include leading a $1B durable goods operation and overseeing manufacturing in the engine-powered consumer products division. Gray has demonstrated leadership in operational excellence, implementing Lean manufacturing principles and managing seamless integrations during acquisitions. Previous positions also include manufacturing services management at Spacesaver Corporation and engineering management at Lear Corporation, where successful launches of automated processes were achieved. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
