Juan Sebastian Rincon

Juan Sebastian Rincon is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Generac since October 2024, Rincon previously held the position of Senior Product Manager and Product Owner at SunPower Corporation from September 2021 to December 2024. Prior to this, Rincon was the CEO of Tamosi LLC from November 2016 to July 2021 and worked as a Prototype Engineer at SPAT LLC from October 2016 to December 2017. Additional experience includes a role as a STEM Educator at Boys and Girls Clubs of America and internships at Ionos Directional Services and Kambi Enterprise Inc. Rincon holds an MBA and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained between 2012 and 2020.
