Maribelle Bostic

Maribelle Bostic, MSHRM, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of HR for Energy Technology at Generac since November 2024. Prior to this role, Maribelle held various positions at SunPower Corporation from June 2003 to October 2024, including Vice President HR Business Partner, Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Employee Relations, and several other HR leadership roles. Maribelle began their career at The Nolan Group as an Office Manager from 2001 to 2003, where responsibilities included managing daily administrative tasks for an executive search firm. Maribelle holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
