Namwook Paik

Namwook Paik, MBA MSEE, currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Generac Power Systems since September 2021. Prior to this role, Namwook was an Intelligent Building System Engineer at United Technologies from May 2018 to September 2021. Namwook's career also includes significant positions at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities encompassed Innovation Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager from 2007 to 2017, and at APC by Schneider Electric, serving as Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Staff Electronics Design Engineer from 1997 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, as well as both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
