Paul Taylor

Paul Taylor is an accomplished Value Stream Manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management at Generac Power Systems since October 2016, overseeing over 180 direct reports and leading initiatives in production planning and continuous improvement. Previously, Paul held supervisory roles at SCOT INDUSTRIES INC and enhanced manufacturing processes at The Coburn Company, Inc. Paul demonstrated leadership abilities in various settings, from managing teams and optimizing production schedules to implementing safety protocols and training programs. Educationally, Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
