Brandon Pfeiffer

Brandon Pfeiffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and student success management at General Assembly, where responsibilities have included optimizing processes and managing significant student caseloads. Starting as a Student Success Specialist, Brandon advanced through multiple roles, ultimately becoming Senior Manager of Campus Operations & Student Success, where contributions included effective change management and process improvement. Previous roles include Service Manager at Virgin Active and Marketing Manager at RMIT Cheerleading Club, among others. Brandon holds an MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a UX Design Immersive certification from General Assembly, and a Bachelor of Communication from RMIT University.
