Debdeep Paul is an experienced AI Technology Lead at Panasonic, specializing in natural language processing for demand forecasting since July 2019. Previously, Debdeep served as a Senior Data Scientist, leading the development and semi-deployment of AI solutions for predictive and prescriptive analytics across various business divisions. In addition, Debdeep is a Lead Instructor at General Assembly for a Data Science immersive program since February 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Data Scientist at the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology, where expertise in data-driven pricing and real-time predictive analytics was applied, and as part of Tata Motors’ Central Quality team focusing on customer complaint reduction and warranty data analytics. Debdeep holds a PhD in Mathematical Optimization and Data Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
