Dr. M. Imad Khan

Lead Data Science Training Instructor at General Assembly

Dr. M. Imad Khan is an accomplished data scientist and academic with extensive experience in data science education and applications in various sectors. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty (Fellow) at Victoria University and Lead Data Science Training Instructor at General Assembly, Dr. Khan has facilitated comprehensive training programs on data science foundations and advanced machine learning techniques. Previous roles include Principal Data Scientist at First Guardian Capital and Senior Data Scientist with the Department of Health & Human Services, where efforts focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to combat COVID-19. As a Research Fellow at Monash University, Dr. Khan has contributed to the intersection of artificial intelligence with law enforcement and community safety. Dr. Khan holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Deakin University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Karachi University.
