Ahmad Khokher

Ahmad Khokher is a Senior Director, Transactions Counsel at General Atlantic since September 2021, previously serving as a Senior Associate and Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from December 2014 to September 2021, and as a Solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna from August 2010 to December 2014. Ahmad's expertise includes advising on a variety of public and private M&A transactions for private equity and trade clients, as well as domestic and international equity finance transactions. Ahmad also has experience as a Trainee Solicitor, working with international private equity, leveraged finance, and pensions teams, and has taught mathematics as a Mathematics Teacher at Highbury Grove School from September 2006 to July 2008. Ahmad holds a GDL and LPC from BPP Law School with a focus on company law and equity finance, and a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
