Ashley Levin

Ashley Levin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital consulting and talent management within the finance sector. Currently a Human Capital Consultant at General Atlantic since June 2025, Ashley previously held roles including Talent and Compensation Strategy at MIO Partners, Inc., a family office under McKinsey & Company, and Head of Human Capital Management at Kirkoswald Asset Management. Prior positions include Head of HR and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Brevan Howard, where Ashley contributed to the successful sale of AIM2 to SparkCognition. Additional experience includes leadership roles in HR and talent acquisition at Arrowgrass Capital Partners, and financial analyst positions at GE Capital, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers. Ashley holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and graduated from Rumson Fair-Haven High School.
