Carole James

Carole James has had a diverse work experience in the legal field. Carole began their career as a Trial Preparation Assistant at the New York County District Attorney's Office in 2009 and worked there until 2011. Carole then worked as a Summer Associate at Sanford Heisler, LLP in 2012 and at Chadbourne & Parke LLP in 2013. In 2014, they became an Associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where they worked until 2016. Carole then joined Goldberg Kohn Ltd. as an Associate from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Currently, Carole holds the position of Senior Director / Investment Funds Counsel at General Atlantic, starting in September 2020.

Carole James obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School, where they attended from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Columbia University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
