Chris Kojima

Chris Kojima currently serves as the Global Head of Capital Solutions and a member of the Executive Committee at General Atlantic, where responsibilities include oversight of global client franchises, capital partnering, strategic partnerships, business development, and capital formation activities across investment strategies totaling over $100 billion in assets. Prior to joining General Atlantic in January 2024, Chris held various leadership roles at Goldman Sachs from August 1995 to December 2023, including Partner and Global Head of the Client Solutions Group and Global Co-Head of Alternatives Capital Markets & Strategy. Additional leadership positions at Goldman Sachs involved oversight of the External Investing Group and the Private Equity Group. Chris holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, a Master of Philosophy in Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Manitoba. Additionally, Chris served as an adjunct professor in Private Equity at Columbia Business School from 2008 to 2010.
