John Chek

John Chek has a wealth of experience in the finance and technology industry. John is currently working at General Atlantic as the Vice President and Head of Application Development. Prior to this, John worked at The Carlyle Group as the Chief Information Officer for Global Credit. Before their time at Carlyle, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Carlyle Commodity Management. John also held roles as a Senior Consultant at both NorthPoint Solutions and D.B. Zwirn & Co. John began their career at Credit Suisse as a Senior Developer.

John Chek obtained their Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
