Karen Mou

Karen Mou has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and analytics. Karen is currently the Head of Compensation & Analytics at General Atlantic since June 2023. Before that, they served as the Managing Director, Head of Compensation at Perella Weinberg Partners from March 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, Karen held the position of Senior Vice President, Compensation and Performance at Two Sigma Investments from May 2011 to February 2019. Karen also worked as the Director of Compensation and HR Analytics at UBS Investment Bank from November 2009 to May 2011. Earlier in their career, Karen worked as an Assistant Vice President, HR Analyst at both Barclays Capital (September 2008 to October 2009) and Lehman Brothers (August 2005 to September 2008). Karen began their career as an Analyst at PA Consulting Group from September 2003 to August 2005.

Karen Mou attended Princeton University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance.
