Rashika Pandey

Rashika Pandey, CFA, is a Senior Director of Valuations at General Atlantic since August 2022, with previous roles as Director and Assistant Vice President at Blackstone from March 2019 to August 2022. Rashika also served as an Associate in Valuation at The D. E. Shaw Group from June 2014 to March 2019 and as an Experienced Associate in Transaction Services-Valuation at PwC from September 2011 to June 2014. Initial experience includes a role as a Finance Analyst/Coordinator at Digitas from July 2007 to June 2008. Rashika possesses extensive expertise in valuation methods including Discounted Cash Flows (DCF), public comparables, and guideline transactions, with a strong background in private equity portfolio valuation and compliance with ASC 820 "Fair Value Measurements & Disclosures." Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Baruch College, attained between 2008 and 2011.
