Jeff Riba

Jeff Riba has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since September 2007, overseeing all GNC engineering. In previous roles at General Atomics, Riba held positions such as Senior Manager of Engineering, where responsibilities included overarching engineering and program management for various projects, and Project Engineering Supervisor, managing a team of project engineers and winning multiple Operational Excellence awards. Riba began their career at Northrop Grumman, focusing on flight performance simulations and propulsion system analysis for the Global Hawk UAS. Riba holds a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine.
