Rawley Macias possesses extensive experience in the unmanned aerial systems (UAS) sector, having held significant roles at companies such as General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and Lockheed Martin, including positions as USAF Cross Platform CLS and Sustainment Lead and Deputy Technical Lead for the Fury UAS. Macias also contributed to the propulsion aspects and flight operations for the Fury UAS and served as Mechanical Lead for an integrated product team at AME Unmanned Air Systems. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Mechanical Engineer for the Fury 1200 UAS and Gimbals at AeroMech Engineering, Inc., as well as as an Engineering Technician at ThinGap. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
