Thaddeus Withers

Thaddeus Withers is an experienced International Program Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, directing all program phases from conceptualization to completion since August 2022. With a robust background in the U.S. Navy, Withers served as a Naval Aviator and Naval Officer for over two decades, including roles such as Naval Attaché at the Defense Intelligence Agency and Squadron Commander at Training Squadron TWO (VT-2). Prior professional experience includes serving as Senior Program Manager and Corporate Fellow at Booz Allen Hamilton. Thaddeus Withers holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Logistics from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master's in International Relations from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Occidental College, complemented by international education as a Fulbright Scholar in Germany and an Olmsted Scholar in Argentina.
