Arlen Work

Arlen Work is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in composite manufacturing and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at General Atomics since August 2015, Arlen specializes in creating shop instructions for the repair and restoration of composite airframes. Previous experience includes a role as Engineer IV at Bell Helicopter/Textron, where Arlen contributed to the V22 Osprey and AH1 Cobra programs, and managing engineering projects as an Engineering Manager at Turley Associates. Arlen also has experience in academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at Amarillo College. Arlen holds an MS in Engineering Mechanics from Clemson University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
