G R.

G R. currently serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards at General Atomics, a position held since 2019. Prior to this, G R. was the Vice President of Human Resources at Heartland Financial USA, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, and Head of Global Benefits at Microsemi Corporation from 2015 to 2018. G R. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, G R. has obtained a certificate in International Business from Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
