Chris Roszell

Chris Roszell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and executive compensation. Currently serving as the Global Head (SVP) of Total Rewards at Manulife since June 2012, Chris leads a talented international team and oversees various executive compensation programs across multiple regions. Previous roles at Manulife include VP of Executive and Investment Compensation and AVP positions focusing on governance and incentive compensation initiatives. Prior to Manulife, Chris worked as a Senior Associate at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, specializing in executive compensation and total rewards, and as Vice President of Operations at Aztex Enterprises Ltd., achieving significant revenue growth. Chris holds an MBA from McMaster University and a BMATH from the University of Waterloo.
