Heather Tallo

Heather Tallo is an experienced RF/MW Electrical Modeling and Simulation Engineer V at General Atomics since May 2018, where key projects include the 8MegaWatt Multiphysics IRAD focused on developing a 2D finite element model of a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and the μ-Payloads IRAD project involving the generation of X-band Waveguide models for low-orbit microwave antennas. Prior to General Atomics, Heather served as a Senior R&D Engineer at Kyocera International, Inc., specializing in designing and modeling high-speed digital electronic packages. Additional experience includes roles at Raytheon Integrated Defense and Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on system requirements and electrical systems documentation for defense technologies. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego.
