Mitchell Poselenik

Mitchell Poselenik, MBA, is a Business Systems Analyst II at General Atomics since March 2020 and has served as Head Coach for the 10&Under team at Pacific Polo Water Polo Club since August 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Financial Systems Analyst at LPL Financial and an HR Consultant for Sony Electronics, where a capstone project involved data analysis and communication strategy development. Mitchell has also worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an IT Project Manager & Group Portfolio Manager, overseeing various projects and marketing strategies, and at Alpha Mechanical Inc. as an HVAC Engineer & Operations Analyst. An educational background includes an MBA from the University of California, Davis, a BS in Management Information Systems from California State University San Marcos, and an AS in Business Administration from San Diego Mesa College.
