Yamen Helel

Yamen Helel is a seasoned Labour Force Statistics Expert at the General Authority For Statistics since April 2021, specializing in employment trends and workforce development within the context of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Previously, Yamen served as the Director of Labour Market Statistics at the National Statistical Institute from July 2017 to April 2021, bringing over 15 years of experience in survey design, data processing, and labor force survey tool development. Yamen also coordinated the Euro-Mediterranean Working Group on Labour Statistics under the MEDSTAT Programme between 2013 and 2018, and held roles in the National Statistical Institute - Tunisia, including Deputy Director and Head of Service for Labour Market Statistics. Educational qualifications include engineering degrees in Statistics and Analysis of Information from École Supérieure de la Statistique et de l'Analyse de l'Information and a Bachelor in Mathematics from Lycee secondaire de Hammam Sousse.
