Bandar Alraihan

Bandar Alraihan, MS, CHRM, currently serves as the Assistant Governor for Enterprise Support Services and is the GM of Human Resources at أوقاف | AWQAF since December 2017, focusing on the development and implementation of organization strategies and management of human resources operations. Previously, Bandar held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at The Saudi Investment Bank from June 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities included executing talent acquisition strategies, managing compensation and benefits, and overseeing recruitment processes. Prior roles also include Head of Recruitment at Prince Sultan Military Medical City, where Bandar restructured recruiting procedures and conducted interviews for senior positions, and Human Resources Specialist at Armed Forces Medical Services, where contributions involved sourcing and selection for candidates and automation of the recruitment department. Education includes a Master's degree from the University of Scranton and a BS from King Saud University.
