Hamad Allohiadan is an accomplished professional in digital transformation and business development, currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation at AWQAF since August 2021. In this role, Hamad is responsible for developing the Waqfy wallet Fintech solution, defining the digital product roadmap, and enhancing customer satisfaction through user research and innovation initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Elm Company, where Hamad focused on delivering IT solutions for the government sector, and as part of the IT service solutions team at Huawei Technologies, managing projects with Zain. As a Quality Officer at Al Rajhi Bank, duties included analyzing regional branch targets and reporting on employee activities. Hamad holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from La Trobe University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
