Mohammed Al Muhaymid is a professional with extensive experience in business development and product support analysis. Currently serving in the General Authority of Awqaf since January 2023, Mohammed also holds a membership in CX Saudi, the first specialized association for customer experience in Saudi Arabia, beginning November 2022. Previously, Mohammed worked at the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia from January 2018 to December 2022 as a Product Support Analyst Team Leader, focusing on improving digital services and customer support processes. Earlier positions include software sales and maintenance supervision at Technical for Computers and Information Technology and training roles at SEDER GROUP and Saudi Post. Mohammed obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University between 2011 and 2016.
