Saad Talhah is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT PMO at the General Authority of Awqaf since May 2019, where responsibilities include establishing strategic objectives for IT projects and overseeing governance frameworks. Previously held roles include Acting Director of IT Governance Department, IT Senior Project Manager, and IT Systems Projects Manager at the same organization. Saad has also worked as a PMO – IT Project Manager at Tatweer Educational Technologies and in various capacities at the Committee for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, focusing on product management and project coordination. Saad holds a B.Sc. in Computer and Information Science from King Saud University, obtained in 2008.
