Kelly Milkowich

Kelly Milkowich is an experienced Special Education Teacher at Indian River High School since August 2015 and has served as a School Board Member for General Brown Central School since July 2018. Additionally, Kelly has held the position of Adjunct Professor at University of Maryland University College since 2016. Prior experience includes teaching High School Social Studies at North Carolina Virtual Public School and Cumberland County Schools from August 2005 to August 2015. Educational credentials include a Certificate of Advanced Study in Special Education and Teaching from State University of New York College at Potsdam, a Master's in Secondary Education and Teaching from Campbell University, and currently pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership at State University of New York at Oswego, expected to complete in August 2024.
