Humaira Khanom

Humaira Khanom is a seasoned professional with significant experience in policy development, research, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Policy, Research and Engagement Officer at the General Dental Council since January 2016, Humaira supports evidence-based policy-making and manages various research projects. Previous roles include Senior Initial Assessment Officer, where responsibilities involved decision-making and risk assessment for Fitness to Practise cases, and Triage Officer, focusing on the analysis and handling of sensitive information.
