David Thompson

David Thompson has extensive experience in aviation management, currently serving as the Manager and Chief Pilot of Flight Operations at General Dynamics Mission Systems since February 2002. Prior to this role, David worked in pilot services at Dominion Management from January 2001 to February 2002, specializing in multiple aircraft including the Challenger 604 and Falcon series. David's career began at GEICO, where the role of Director of Aviation was held from April 1987 to December 2000, overseeing all aspects of flight operations. David holds a degree in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completed between 1978 and 1984.
