Dylan Lapinski

Dylan Lapinski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical project management and operations within military and defense sectors. At General Dynamics Mission Systems since May 2020, Dylan serves as an Advanced Operations Support Specialist. Prior to this role, Dylan dedicated 20 years to the US Navy, where responsibilities included senior leadership positions such as Senior Manager (Chief of the Boat) and Program Manager for strategic weapons systems, overseeing training, project execution, and personnel management. Dylan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and advanced military leadership training from the Navy War College.
