James Witter

James Witter is an accomplished Advanced Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems since June 2017, previously serving as a Systems and Software Quality Assurance Engineer at General Dynamics AIS since March 2005. With a strong background in quality engineering for both large and small budget space systems programs, James has led quality assurance efforts in compliance with SEI CMM, CMMI, AS9100, and ISO9000/1 standards. Notable contributions include the development and management of complex requirement databases using the Rational DOORS tool. Additionally, James held positions as a Systems and Software Quality Engineer at General Dynamics from 2004 to 2010. James earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Arizona State University.
