Paul T.

Paul T. has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Paul began their career as an Analyst/Programmer at Dolphin Computer Services Ltd. in 1991. Paul then worked as a Trainee Software Engineer at Robert Wortham Associates, where they gained experience in software development and SQL Server database management systems. Paul T. joined Telecom (Wales) Ltd. as a Telecommunications Engineer, where they specialized in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PABX equipment and software development for CRM and CTI systems.

In 1997, Paul T. joined RWA Ltd. as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. During their time at RWA Ltd., they developed advanced software engineering skills. In 2002, they transitioned to General Dynamics UK Limited, where they held several roles including Principal Engineer and Architect for UK defense projects in the Land and Air C4I domains. Paul also worked as the Principal Architect for the Security and Resilience Business Unit, leading architecture development activities.

Paul T. later became the Lead Engineer and Architect for various international defense and security projects at General Dynamics UK Limited. Paul played a key role in the bid phase, technical team leading, product management, and systems development.

Paul'smost recent position at General Dynamics UK Limited was as the Chief Engineer / Technical Authority (Training Systems), overseeing training and simulation products. Throughout their career, Paul T. has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a wide range of skills in software development, systems engineering, and project management.

Paul T. obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Software Engineering from the University of South Wales in 1998. Paul then went on to get a PgCE degree in Post Compulsory Education and Training from the University of Wales, which they completed in 2002. From 2005 to 2014, Paul pursued a PgDip in Management of Software Projects from The Open University. In addition to their degrees, Paul T. has certifications as a CEng from the Engineering Council and as MBCS CITP from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
