Bill Horvath is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in program management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Deputy Program Manager - Engineering at General Dynamics since September 2008, Bill is responsible for overseeing the cost, schedule, performance, and risks of projects related to the US Army training platform, while managing engineering resources and maintaining direct communication with customers and end users. Previously, Bill held the position of Principal Mechanical Engineer at both General Dynamics and Raytheon Missile Systems, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and managing technical, schedule, and financial aspects of various projects. Bill also worked as the Lead Systems/Integration Engineer at Goodrich Corporation, where contributions included system level design and coordination for A380 evacuation systems. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Kent State University.
