Brenda Mbathi

Brenda Mbathi is a seasoned Corporate Affairs leader in Africa, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of GE East Africa since March 2015. In this role, Brenda is responsible for managing government relations and advocacy across the region. Prior to GE, Brenda held various positions at EABL Group of Companies Limited (Diageo Africa) from 2001 to March 2015, including Group Corporate Relations Director and a dual role as Marketing Director and Corporate Relations Director for Uganda Breweries Ltd. Brenda's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Geography from Mount Holyoke College, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
