Kelley Tarricone

Kelley Tarricone has extensive experience in corporate governance and finance, currently serving as a Board Liaison in the Corporate Securities & Finance department at GE since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kelley was a Senior Paralegal at Skillz Inc. and held positions at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions as Corporate Governance Leader, IBM as Program Manager in the Office of the Corporate Secretary, and GE as Executive in Corporate Securities. Kelley's earlier career includes roles at Goldman Sachs and CSFB in Control Room positions, personal trading surveillance at J.P. Morgan, and as a Blue Sky Paralegal at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Kelley holds a Liberal Arts degree in English and Sociology from the University of Connecticut and an ABA Paralegal Certificate from Bentley University.
