Marah Alotaibi, MPM, currently serves as a Customer Protection Specialist at the General Entertainment Authority since June 2021, where responsibilities include producing reports, enhancing customer journeys, analyzing complaints, and collaborating with internal departments for process improvements. Marah also holds the positions of Committee Secretary and Complaints Specialist, managing customer complaints, investor objections, and anonymous violations. As a member of the Customer Experience Association since January 2023, Marah has previous experience supervising a Customer Care team at Ehtemam Center and working as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the Communications and Information Technology Commission. Marah holds a Bachelor's degree from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University and a Master's degree in Project Management from Midocean University.
