Lizzie Potts

Lizzie Potts is an experienced corporate governance professional currently serving as Committee Secretary at Insignia Financial since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lizzie held the position of Company Secretary at Foresight Group from June 2022 to June 2023 and worked as Assistant Company Secretary at Infrastructure Capital Group from May 2021 to June 2022. Lizzie also served as Company Secretary and Directors Assistant at AMOG from November 2010 to April 2021. Academically, Lizzie holds a Master of Commercial Law from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Management from Deakin University, and a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature & Spanish from the University of Adelaide, alongside completing a Summer School Program in International Business Law at IE Business School.
