Talal Alyahya

Talal Alyahya serves as the Governance and Corporate Compliance Department Manager at the General Entertainment Authority since March 2023, focusing on developing governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior experience includes a role as AVP - Policy Development Head at Riyad Bank, where Talal led policy research and consultation efforts, and as Director of Governance at AlNassr Football Club, managing compliance with Ministry of Sports standards. Earlier positions include Governance Section Head at the Ministry of Culture and Senior Corporate Governance Compliance Officer at the Capital Market Authority, where Talal directed compliance projects and conducted inspections. Talal Alyahya holds an International MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cape Breton University.
