Gus Delucia

Gus DeLucia has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Gus most recently worked as the Human Resources Director at General Films Inc. and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon. Prior to that, Gus served as the Human Resource Manager at Ahresty Wilmington Corporation and as the Talent Acquisition Leader at PDSI Technical Services. Gus also worked at Belcan TechServices as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Senior Technical Recruiter/Team Leader. Before that, they were a Technical Recruiter at CBS Personnel.

Gus DeLucia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University in 1993. In 2017, they received a Masters Certification in Organizational Leadership from the University of Dayton. Additionally, Gus obtained a Certified Trainer certification from the TWI Institute Headquarters in 2019.
