Greg Twinney

Greg Twinney is the current CEO at General Fusion. Prior to this, they were the COO and CFO at Hootsuite from January 2018 to January 2020. Hootsuite is the world's most widely used media management platform, used by tens of millions of people around the globe. Before Hootsuite, Greg was the EVP at Real Matters Inc from April 2014 to December 2017. Real Matters is one of North America's fastest-growing, innovative, and disruptive technology companies. In May 2017, Real Matters went public via IPO on the TSX at a $1B valuation. Prior to Real Matters, Greg was the COO and CFO at Rakuten Kobo Inc from February 2010 to March 2014. Before that, they were the CFO at Opalis Software Inc from June 2005 to December 2009. And before that, they were the CX at Cyberplex Inc from January 1999 to December 2005.

Greg Twinney has a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of Calgary, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada. Greg also has a three year business administration degree from Seneca College.
