Jacek Gromadzki

Jacek Gromadzki is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and renewable energy. Currently serving as the Manager of Mechanical Engineering at General Fusion, Jacek is focused on evolving and executing engineering strategies that support the development of fusion technologies. Previously, as the Renewable Science Team Manager at Clir Renewables, Jacek successfully tripled team size and enhanced project capabilities. Jacek's background includes significant roles at Schneider Electric, where contributions in solar predictive maintenance led to reduced service costs and improved system uptime. Jacek's early career features leadership positions at Azure Dynamics, where innovative designs improved fuel economy and developed electric drivetrains. Jacek co-founded the Midnight Sun Solar Rayce Car Team and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
