Alexei Erchak

Alexei Erchak is an accomplished consultant at QuickCharge Consulting since January 2024, providing services to investment banks, private equity firms, and hard tech startups. Currently, Erchak serves as an Executive in Residence at General Inception while also being a Board Member at Solchroma since January 2020. Previously, Erchak was the Chief Innovation Officer at Aspen Aerogels from May 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included launching new businesses. As CEO of BeON Home from March 2013 to April 2018, Erchak led the company through significant developments. At Luminus Devices, Erchak held multiple roles from August 2002 to August 2013, including Director and Chief of Corporate Development, driving capital raising, corporate strategy, and technology advancements, particularly in pioneering "big-chip" LEDs. Educational background includes a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Skidmore College.
