At Luminus Devices, Erchak held multiple roles from August 2002 to August 2013, including Director and Chief of Corporate Development, driving capital raising, corporate strategy, and technology advancements, particularly in pioneering "big-chip" LEDs. Educational background includes a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Skidmore College.
