Francois Valencony

Francois Valencony is the Chief Investment & Business Officer at General Inception, a company that builds science-based start-ups in the United States and Europe. Francois holds a Master's degree in Finance & International Development from HEC Paris and a CEMS Master's degree from the University of Cologne.
