Victoria English

Victoria English has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Victoria most recently worked as a Business Development Director at General Index starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at LexisNexis UK, including Business Development & Account Director for MLex from January 2019 to January 2020, and Legal Content - Sales Enablement for MLex from November 2016 to January 2019. Before LexisNexis UK, Victoria worked as a Regulatory & Compliance Associate at Argus Media from August 2014 to November 2016, and as a Corporate Paralegal at Mishcon de Reya LLP from April 2013 to July 2014. Victoria also had a brief role as a Business & Operations Analyst at The Institute of Directors from February 2013 to April 2013. Earlier in their career, Victoria was part of the Hiscox Graduate Scheme, where they worked in Professional Indemnity Claims & Commercial Portfolio from August 2011 to October 2012, and as a Business Analyst in HR from October 2010 to March 2011.

Victoria English attended Colchester County High School for Girls (Grammar School) from 2000 to 2007. During this time, they pursued their A levels and studied Biology, Chemistry, Ethics & Philosophy, and Sports Science. After completing their studies at the high school, they enrolled at the University of East Anglia from 2007 to 2010. At the university, they obtained their Bachelor of Laws (Honours) LLB degree.
