Pravin Shirke has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Lecturer in KBP College of Engineering Satara before moving on to become a Process & Project Engineer at International Rectifier, an Infineon Technologies company, from 2002 to 2005.
