Traci Davis

Traci Davis has worked in the technology industry since 2006. Traci began their career at TekLinks as a Services Billing Manager and ConnectWise Administrator, where they were responsible for providing advice and training to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving any reported problems, maintaining system and training documentation, and leading and participating in efforts to develop and implement processes throughout the company. In 2018, they moved to Corsica Technologies as a Revenue Manager. Most recently, they have been an Enterprise Workflow Manager at General Informatics since 2021.

Traci Davis obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1993. Additionally, they have a certification as a ConnectWise Certified Professional Administrator.
