Natalie Pattinson has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Natalie started their career in 2005 as a Clinical Governance and Risk Management Placement student at Durham Dales PCT, where they gained experience in risk management and training staff. Natalie then joined the General Medical Council in 2007, initially as a Complex Casework Officer, where they investigated registration applications and conducted continuous improvement projects. In 2010, they became the Investigation and Intelligence Team Co-ordinator, responsible for managing a team and setting objectives. In 2013, they were promoted to Registration Investigation Manager, where they effectively managed the Registration Investigation team, operated Registration Panel meetings, and worked on strategic service delivery and quality issues. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head Of Operations at the General Medical Council.
Natalie Pattinson completed their primary education at Barnard Castle School from 1997 to 2001, earning their GCSE's. Natalie then attended Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College from 2001 to 2003 to complete their A Levels. Afterward, Natalie pursued higher education at Aston University from 2003 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management.
